Show love to assist clients’ growth:
Prioritize clients’ interests. If we have not yet reached a professional level and have no qualified consultants to consult for a business, avoid taking it to avoid harming the client.
If clients or their staff are willing to learn our professional fields, be happy to coach them.
If you find that the client has non-compliance with laws or management principles that hinder their “sustainable operation”, take the initiative to discuss it with the supervisor and CPA, and then the CPA will propose improvement suggestions to the person in charge of the company.
Coaching clients should involve the mental preparation that it needs to be explained many times before clients or their staff fully understand.
Our firm firmly believes that actively assisting clients’ growth and cultivating first will naturally yield a harvest; client growth will surely drive the growth of our firm.

Show love to assist colleagues’ growth:
Colleagues must understand the characteristics of the service industry we are in, including A: Service and production occur simultaneously, B: Service quality must remain stable.
Only when every member of our firm has a good service attitude and a professional service level can we gain a foothold in the service industry.
Colleagues must be willing to share what they know or are expert in with other colleagues.
Only in this way can the professional capabilities of our firm be maintained and improved.
Colleagues should understand that it may need to be explained many times and in different ways for other colleagues to fully understand your ideas.
When supervisors assign tasks to subordinates or senior staff to junior staff, they should not only tell the other party how to do it but also teach them why to do it this way, so as not to be unable to adapt to changes in circumstances, misapply laws, and cause harm to clients.

Show love to urge self-growth:
Colleagues must understand that the pace of changes in the external environment is accelerating, and this is even more so for the needs of clients in the service industry.
Only by constantly urging oneself to grow can one avoid falling behind.
Must think carefully, be modest to receive teaching, and listen patiently.
Think carefully: That is, in the working process, the mind often asks “Why do it this way? Why not do it that way?” and try your best to get answers from books, colleagues, supervisors, friends, etc.
Be modest to receive teaching: CPAs, Managers/Assistant Managers, and senior staff of our firm provide joint introductory education and training courses from July to December each year, and you should try to make time to attend.
Listen patiently: Even if you already understand what the other person is saying, you should listen patiently until they finish.
Do not expect to reach the sky in one step and put too much pressure on yourself; instead, grow step by step, little by little, in a planned way.
Realize that individual coaching and public teaching provided by helping clients grow and helping colleagues grow will lead to your rapid growth, and the biggest beneficiary of showing love is yourself.
